Bank Trailer Security Systems LLC provides a Limited Lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship to all the structural components of the lock housing, that are manufactured by us. Please contact us if you have any type of failure of the Lock housing or its components and we will promptly address your concerns. The padlock is warranted by the padlock manufacturer and is covered by their warranty policies.
Return Policy
If you have purchased one of our products and are experiencing problems, such as, fit or functionality please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve your issues. If we cannot resolve your issue, you may return the item under the following conditions. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be in original condition upon receipt at our facility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper
